Constangy attorney Aarika Johnson has been named vice chair of the Labor and Employment Law Committee for the American Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division. Her one-year term begins Sept. 1.

Aarika represents employers in essential workplace matters and provides valuable guidance to mitigate legal risk and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws. She leverages her experience representing employers in a variety of proceedings, including Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the National Labor Relations Act, the Labor Management Relations Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Texas Labor Code, the Texas Civil Service Statute, and wage and hour laws, among others.
