Constangy is pleased to announce Cyle Catlett and Chasity Henry have joined the firm.
Cyle, an attorney located in our Chicago office, regularly represents clients during all stages of a broad range of employment litigation and arbitration matters, including claims involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. Specifically, Cyle has experience defending employers engaged in claims involving Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), False Claims Act (FCA), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Equal Pay Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Illinois Human Rights Act and Illinois Health Care Right of Conscience Act. In addition to handling litigation matters from beginning to end, Cyle provides strategic counseling to business leaders on all aspects of the employee life cycle, including hiring, performance counseling, terminations, accommodations, leave, internal investigations, and on-site employee and management training.
Chasity is a member of the Constangy Cyber Team and is affiliated with our Dallas, Texas office. Chasity works with our cyber litigation team to defend clients in class actions arising out of data privacy or security incidents. She has experience representing clients in matters involving complex litigation, including data privacy. As a member of our cyber litigation team, Chasity assists clients throughout the litigation the process, from preparation of various pre-trial documents to settlement agreements, always focused on the best outcome for our clients. Chasity earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with a minor in Spanish, Magna Cum Laude, at Spelman College. She earned her law degree at Texas Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of Law, Summa Cum Laude, where she served on the Thurgood Marshall Law Review. She also obtained a Master of Laws in Privacy Law and Cybersecurity at the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, with a Certificate in Technology Law & Entrepreneurship. She is licensed to practice law in Texas and California.
