Richard is a partner out of Constangy's Birmingham office who focuses his practice on labor relations, union avoidance, defense of NLRB and EEOC charges, employment policies, wage and hour, FMLA, union contract negotiations, defense of grievances in arbitrations, management training, and mediation services. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law and is admitted to practice in both Alabama and Georgia.
Brittany is an attorney who also works out of Constangy's Birmingham office. Her practice includes class/collective actions, employment litigations prevention and defense, wage and hour compliance and litigation, whistleblower and retaliation, and workplace safety. She is also a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law and is admitted to practice in Alabama.
