National labor and employment law firm Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete, LLP is pleased to announce Eric Baginski has joined the firm’s Northern New Jersey office as an associate.
Eric counsels and represents management-side clients on a wide range of employment matters. Eric has represented clients in state and federal courts, before state and federal administrative agencies, and in alternative dispute resolution settings, such as mediation. He has worked on matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistleblower claims. He also has worked on single plaintiff and class and collective wage and hour matters, including those involving misclassification issues, unpaid wages, retaliation, and noncompliant notices and statements required under state law. Aside from litigating, Eric has assisted clients with employment law compliance issues, risk mitigation efforts, and drafting employment-related documents. Eric has counseled clients on employee leaves, separations, and accommodations, as well as wage and hour issues, among others. Before joining Constangy, Eric was an employment attorney at two Am Law 200 firms and an associate at a national litigation boutique. Eric has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® “Ones to Watch” for 2022-2023.
