Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly has named Constangy attorney Patrice Dixon one of the 2024 'Top Women in Law'. This annual recognition celebrates outstanding women in the legal field who have made significant strides as innovators and educators and are paving the way for future generations. The accomplishments of Patrice and other 2024 honorees will be recognized at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston on November 12th.

Patrice is a seasoned labor and employment attorney who provides strategic guidance on a range of issues, from collective bargaining and contract management to employee discipline, discrimination, and leave policies. With a proactive approach, she helps employers mitigate risks through compliance training and internal investigations. Patrice represents clients in proceedings before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the EEOC. Her experience also includes five years in the public sector, where she advised senior leaders on complex employment matters. She serves on the Board of Trustees for the Massachusetts Bar Foundation and is the Immediate Past President of the Massachusetts Black Women Attorneys. Recognized as an "Up & Coming Lawyer" by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly in 2022, she is also a Leadership Academy Fellow of the Massachusetts Bar Association and an alum of the Boston Bar Association’s Public Interest Leadership Program.
