Samantha is a law clerk based in Constangy's Northern New Jersey office whose practice is focused on providing litigation support to clients across a range of industries. Samantha is adept at conducting legal research on employment law issues, analyzing case law, and helping to craft case strategies. She also assists with case preparation, including drafting and reviewing documents and evidence and preparing summaries and timelines. Samantha is well-versed in labor and employment laws and helps research and craft strategies for compliance with state and federal employment laws.

Before joining Constangy full-time, Samantha worked as a summer law clerk position at the firm, allowing her to stay on top of important developments in labor and employment law.
