Tiffany B. Harlow

Tiffany is a seasoned employment litigator with extensive experience defending management against various state and federal employment law claims. She has a proven track record of litigating complex class actions involving discrimination, retaliation and harassment as well as wage and hour collective actions. Tiffany is highly skilled in developing and implementing effective legal strategies that help employers navigate and mitigate potential risks in employment practices.

In her role as a trusted advisor, Tiffany counsels clients on litigation avoidance and assists in the proactive establishment of sound employment policies. Her experience includes handling internal investigations, responding to EEOC inquiries, and defending employers in high-stakes litigation. Throughout her career, Tiffany has demonstrated a commitment to providing strategic legal guidance that aligns with her clients' business objectives.

Before joining Constangy, Tiffany held key roles at prominent law firms and served as an Assistant County Attorney and a Senior Assistant District Attorney. Her considerable trial experience in both state and federal courts has equipped her with the skills necessary to handle a wide range of employment-related legal challenges effectively.

Outside of raising her very active five-year-old, Leo, Tiffany loves watching reality TV cooking shows and visiting restaurants owned and operated by competition contestants.  Tiffany is a Duke Blue Devils basketball fanatic and enjoys spending her free time with family at the Battery watching her beloved Atlanta Braves.
