Overview

Lisa represents employers in a broad range of workplace law matters, with a focus on defending against employment litigation, including claims involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes. Alongside her litigation work, Lisa provides strategic counsel on workplace policies, compliance, and preventive measures to help clients mitigate risk and avoid future legal challenges.

Before joining Constangy, Lisa sharpened her employment law experience at an AM Law 100 firm, where she honed her litigation skills and gained a deeper understanding of complex employment issues. She also brings valuable experience from her time at an insurance defense firm, where she managed cases involving products liability, personal injury, construction defects, and insurance coverage determinations.

During law school, Lisa was an active leader, serving as articles editor of the San Diego Law Review and holding key roles in the USD Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA) and Phi Delta Phi legal honor society. She further enhanced her legal training through externships with both the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the San Diego City Attorney’s Office.

Lisa’s proactive approach and comprehensive background enable her to craft customized, effective solutions that address each client’s distinct legal needs.
