With over 15 years of experience in business immigration law, Justin helps corporate clients of all sizes—both domestic and multinational corporations—navigate the complexities of the U.S. immigration system. Justin provides strategic counsel on both temporary and permanent visa options, with particular experience in industries such as technology, manufacturing, logistics, finance, higher education, and hospitality. His deep understanding of the unique immigration challenges these sectors face allows him to offer guidance supporting compliance while fostering growth and operational efficiency.
Justin’s practice covers a broad range of immigration compliance matters, including I-9 audits, E-Verify protocols, H-1B wage and hour compliance, and the anti-discrimination provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act. He also regularly conducts immigration compliance training for employers, empowering them to stay ahead of regulatory changes and manage workforce mobility confidently.
In addition to his client work, Justin’s leadership extends to being a member of the Board of Directors for the International and Immigration Law Section of the Atlanta Bar Association, where he served as Chair.
