Overview

Joseph is an employment litigation attorney at Constangy, Brooks, Prophete, & Smith in the firm’s Jacksonville office. Joseph was raised in Jacksonville and takes pride in representing local employers and national employers operating in Jacksonville. Joseph has experience representing clients who operate in the financial, health care, public sector, and hospitality industries. Before becoming a lawyer, Joseph worked in the restaurant industry for several years, supporting himself through college and law school. Joseph’s background allows him to draw on real-work knowledge when advising clients. 

Joseph strives to provide insightful and effective legal advice and aims to be a problem-solver for clients. Joseph's practice primarily focuses on employment litigation matters arising out of the Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967.  He also represents employers before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Florida Commission on Human Relations (FCHR), and the Jacksonville Human Rights Commission (JHRC).
