Constangy was ranked 12th in overall diversity for 2025, as announced by Vault.com. This ranking is based on the firm's associates' evaluations of how the firm does at creating, maintaining, and fostering a diverse workforce.
Vault's 2025 Rankings are derived from Vault's Annual Associate Survey conducted from January 2024 through March 2024. The survey methodology includes separate categories for racial and ethnic diversity, as well as diversity as it relates to women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and individuals with disabilities. To determine the “Overall Best Law Firms for Diversity,” Vault uses a formula that weighs the four categories evenly for an overall diversity ranking.
In addition to being ranked 12th in overall diversity, Constangy achieved notable placements in specific categories: 7th for Racial and Ethnic Diversity, 16th for Women, 17th for Individuals with Disabilities, and 26th for LGBTQ+ Diversity.
