Melissa is a partner in Constangy's Philadelphia office and a member of the Cyber Team. She focuses her practice in incident response and proactive compliance advisory services. Melissa manages responses to data privacy and security incidents, including ransomware attacks and network intrusions, facilitating digital forensics and crisis communication, and ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting obligations. She also helps organizations design and maintain privacy and information security programs, conduct training, and develop policies. Melissa advises on federal and state data privacy laws, including HIPAA, GLBA, and CIRCIA.
