Constangy partner Darrick McDuffie served as co-chair of the Fulton County, Georgia Juvenile Court's 17th Annual Youth and the Law Summit on April 13, 2024. Constangy was also a proud sponsor of the event.
The Youth and the Law Summit is hosted by Fulton County Chief Judge Renata Turner. The event's goal is to connect youth with tools they can use to pursue brighter futures and the 2024 theme was “Reframing Our Future."
Darrick is a partner out of Constangy's Atlanta office who focuses his practice on employment law and litigation. Darrick has substantial experience advising employers on workplace investigations, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission investigations, discrimination lawsuits, FLSA collective actions, litigation involving trade secrets, non-competition, and non-solicitation agreements, and other employment litigation. Darrick also provides proactive client counseling to limit exposure to litigation in these and other areas of employment law, such as issues arising under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act. Darrick’s legal superpower is listening to clients’ problems and goals to identify solutions that are not only effective but practical and cost-efficient.
