Constangy partner and Labor Relations practice group co-chair Dean Kpere-Daibo will present at the National Employment Law Council (NELC) Annual Conference.
This three-day event will be held at the Marriott Marquis Chicago from May 1st - 3rd and features programming dedicated to recent developments, trends, and strategies shaping the employment law field. Dean will join a panel at 10 a.m. CT on May 2nd to discuss developments in labor law, including union organizing campaigns, classification issues, and recent court decisions. Attendees are also eligible to receive MCLE credit.

Dean specializes in labor relations, representing management in state and federal courts and administrative agencies. With a decade of experience, he offers guidance in traditional labor matters, defending against unfair labor practices and collective bargaining agreement violations. Dean provides supervisor training and represents employers in NLRB proceedings. He's also an adept litigator, handling cases in various courts, including appellate. Dean's holistic approach incorporates counseling on topics like implicit bias, harassment prevention, and positive employee-supervisor relations, fostering lasting organizational change.
