Constangy attorneys Tim Davis and David Phippen presented an insightful webinar delving into the reinstated National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) final rule for union elections, resurrecting the familiar "ambush election" regulations which went into effect on December 23. The webinar was held Jan. 10. SHRM and HRCI credit were offered for this webinar.
This webinar detailed the fundamental aspects of these new rules, shed light on their implications for employers, offered invaluable practical guidance on how unions are strategically leveraging these revived rules in their campaigns, particularly focusing on their utilization within Cemex, and provided actionable insights and crucial advice to navigate this landscape effectively.
