Jackie has over 25 years of experience as an employment litigator, is a nationally recognized subject matter expert on noncompetition law and other restrictive covenants and is co-chair of the firm's Trade Secrets & Unfair Competition Practice Group. Dave is head of the Boston office, a member of Constangy’s Executive Committee, co-chairs the Firm’s Litigation Department, and leads the Firm’s Technology & Entrepreneurial Ventures industry group and Transactional Solutions practice group. His legal practice involves the representation of unionized and non-unionized employers ranging from Fortune 500 companies to high-tech startups in every imaginable labor and employment related scenario. Dave focuses his practice on resolving employment disputes through litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
