Bokaie represents and advises employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters. She has experience in all stages of litigation, including pre-trial discovery and motion practice, arbitration, and mediation. Prior to joining Constangy, Bokaie represented plaintiffs in a variety product liability and personal injury matters in federal and state courts throughout the country. Bokaie graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she was a senior editor on the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly Journal.
