In the Q&A, Barrero discusses what he believes to be the biggest issues facing employment lawyers today, changes on the horizon, and a piece of advice he would give to junior attorneys in employment law. He has significant experience representing entertainment industry employers with operations in film, television and cable productions and support functions (video distribution, marketing, public relations), music and live entertainment, television broadcasting in English & Spanish, theme parks, retail sites (restaurants, merchandise venues) and technology.
