National Law Journal
Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete is excited to be named as a top 10 firm for women in the National Law Journal's 2022 Women in Law Scorecard.
The Women in Law Scorecard is produced as part of the annual NLJ 500 firm head count report. Data on gender diversity at firms is collected at the same time as when firms report financial numbers and head counts to ALM. Only the largest 350 firms are eligible for the Scorecard.
Diversity staffing counts are based on a firm’s average FTE attorneys in 2021, when 45 percent of Constangy's attorneys were women, as were 41% of firm partners.
