John is the managing partner of Constangy's Princeton and Philadelphia offices and co-managing partner of the Northern New Jersey office. He specializes in employment and labor litigation, including restrictive covenant disputes and FINRA securities arbitration. With extensive trial experience across state and federal courts in New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and New York, John has also argued before the New Jersey Appellate Division, the New Jersey Supreme Court, and the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
