Constangy partner Meg Zabijaka will speak at the St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce 'Women with Vision' Council luncheon on Thursday, September 5th.
The theme of the event is women's health and wellness. Meg will join an insightful panel discussion surrounding physical and mental health in the workplace and at home. Using her experience helping employers navigate workplace challenges, Meg will speak on employers' approach to handling mental health in the workplace and their obligations to provide accommodation for employees under the ADA.

Meg partners with clients to address workplace issues in both non-union and unionized environments, aiming to build long-term business relationships. She vigorously defends employers against discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, and advises on FLSA, FMLA, and USERRA issues. Meg also focuses on traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining, grievance arbitrations, and unfair labor practice proceedings. Additionally, she provides training, policy and handbook reviews, and employment practices audits.
