The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, in partnership with employment research and consulting firm Energage, conducted its 14th annual Top Workplaces survey, the most comprehensive to date. A record 9,108 companies were nominated or invited to participate in the 2024 ranking process, with 314 companies ultimately earning a place on the list. These companies, representing over 124,000 employees across metro Atlanta, were selected based on rigorous criteria assessing workplace culture, employee engagement, and overall satisfaction.
