Constangy is pleased to announce it has reaffirmed its commitment to participate in Diversity Labs’ Mansfield Certification process for 2024-2025.
The Mansfield Rule is aimed at increasing and sustaining diversity in law firm leadership, and measures how firms are considering diverse lawyers for promotions, senior-level hiring and significant leadership roles and positions. Under this initiative, Constangy continues to strive for a candidate pool consisting of at least 30% women, attorneys of color, disabled, and/or LGBTQ+ attorneys, and undertake other actions to help expand the pathway to leadership for diverse attorneys and staff.
In addition to achieving Mansfield Certification Plus status in 2023, Constangy has been recognized as a top firm for diversity and inclusion by numerous publications.

- For the past eight years (2017-2025), we have been a top 20 firm in Vault.com’s rankings for the best firms for women, minorities and overall diversity.
- For the past seven years (2017-2023), The National Law Journal named Constangy as one of the top 10 firms for women attorneys.
