The Advanced Wage and Hour Conference aims to educate California attorneys on wage and hour issues impacting the legal profession. The event's schedule included presentations on AI, mediation, PAGA cases, and more. Guillermo's presentation - "Civility in the Legal Profession" - discussed multiple avenues for litigators to promote civility and eliminate bias-driven incivility in the legal profession, including incivility and bias directed at parties, counsel, and the judiciary.
