Overview
Xuan is a member of the Constangy Cyber Team and is affiliated with our San Diego, California office. Xuan has several years of litigation experience and works with our cyber litigation team to defend clients in class actions arising out of data security incidents. Prior to joining the Constangy Cyber Team, Xuan represented clients in state and federal courts involving a variety of matters, including some related to cryptocurrency.
Xuan earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at Yunnan University of Finance and Economics in Kunming, China, and her Juris Master degree at Nankai University School of Law in Tianjin, China. She then earned her Master of Laws and her Juris Doctor degrees at St. John’s University School of Law in Queens, New York. Xuan also holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional for United States laws (CIPP/US) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) credentials from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). She also obtained a Cyber Security Global Virtual Internship Certificate from Clifford Chance and a number of cybersecurity related certificates through Coursera including the IBM Cybersecurity Analyst Professional, the Cyber Threat Intelligence and the Network Security and Database Vulnerabilities certificates.
