Remy has more than three decades of experience representing employers in high-stakes employment law matters before state and federal trial and appellate courts and administrative agencies.
Remy regularly defends retail, banking, healthcare, security services, entertainment, energy and manufacturing companies of all sizes in complex wage and hour class, collective and representative actions and against claims for wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment and employment torts. He also reviews and advises employers on personnel policies, handbooks and procedures and executive employment agreements.
