Overview
Luis represents employers in a variety of employment law matters. He counsels and defends employers in discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower, wage, and overtime matters. Through his experience, Luis has a unique understanding of the potential challenges that companies often face in litigation.
Prior to joining Constangy, Luis worked as a plaintiff-side attorney, gaining valuable insight on negotiating and litigating employment matters. Luis also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Jose L. Linares in the District of New Jersey. In his time at law school, Luis was a student attorney with the Juvenile Justice and Criminal Trials and Appeals Clinic, litigating juvenile criminal matters and claims of wrongful convictions.
