Overview
Jennifer is a member of the Constangy Cyber Team and is based in the Orange County, California office. As a former privacy counsel and member of a data security response team, Jennifer brings unique insights to our cyber litigation team. She has extensive experience managing responses to data security incidents and representing organizations in regulatory investigations and complex litigation associated with cybersecurity incidents. As a former privacy counsel to a global financial institution, Jennifer also has significant experience assessing liability associated with domestic and international data privacy legislation. This experiential insight helps her navigate complex litigation with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
Jennifer earned her law degree from the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law where she served as the Editor of the Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property and was the Firm Liaison and Communications Chair of the Arts and Entertainment Law Society. She was also a member of Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and OUTLaw. Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Media and Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley. She is admitted to practice law in California and she holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) credential from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
