Jeanette serves as Senior Counsel, practicing exclusively in the Immigration section of the firm. With a legal career spanning over 30 years, including more than 20 years dedicated to immigration law, she focuses her practice on labor certification and green card applications while also adeptly handling a diverse range of non-immigrant work visas. Jeanette has worked on PERM labor certification applications since the inception of the government’s online system in 2005 and is well-versed in its intricacies. She also handles appeals to BALCA (the Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals). Jeanette works with employers of all types and sizes, from very large Fortune 500 companies to small mom-and-pop businesses.
Prior to joining Constangy, Jeanette worked with several large law firms and was a professor at two universities, teaching paralegal studies. Jeanette speaks regularly at seminars on Immigration related topics, including I-9 compliance matters.
