Before joining a law firm, Daniel honed his legal skills by clerking for the Honorable Barbara L. Major and the Honorable Gonzalo P. Curiel in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. These experiences provided him with a deep understanding of judicial processes and litigation strategies. During law school, Daniel further enriched his legal background by externing for the Honorable Patricia Guerrero in the Fourth District Court of Appeal, Division One, prior to her elevation as Chief Justice of the California Supreme Court.

His academic tenure was equally distinguished. While attending California Western School of Law, Daniel served as the executive lead articles editor of the California Western Law Review and was an active member of the school's Trial Team. He also contributed to the academic community as a legal research and writing honors instructor and a Criminal Procedure teaching fellow. Daniel's comprehensive background equips him with the insights and skills to navigate complex legal challenges effectively and support clients in maintaining compliant and effective workplace practices.
