Overview

Ariel focuses on litigation and assisting employers with allegations of wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and related issues. Her experience includes navigating employee relations, developing compliance strategies, and providing preventative advice and counsel to best avoid the disruption and expense of litigation.
