Overview
Amir is a member of the Constangy Cyber Team and is based in the Philadelphia office. Prior to joining Constangy, Amir worked for the Camden County Prosecutor's Office, where he skillfully managed a diverse array of cases, honing his investigative skills and developing a deep commitment to aiding crime victims.
Following a successful six-year career as a prosecutor, Amir now devotes all of his focus to the captivating realms of cybersecurity and data privacy. Thanks to his extensive investigative expertise, he plays a crucial role in guiding clients through the complexities of cybersecurity incidents, providing invaluable assistance in their efforts to recover from data breaches. Amir possesses an exceptional skill set in cybersecurity incident response, collaborating deftly with organizations to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities while devising effective strategies for countering and recovering from cyber threats. His lifelong interest in consumer technology enables him to assess complex technical issues and provide clients with practical and insightful legal guidance.
Amir holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional in U.S. law (CIPP/US) credential, a widely acknowledged achievement in the field of privacy law and practice. He earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law – Camden and his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
