Virtual Event
| Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 4:20 p.m. Eastern
Much has happened since our last Labor and Employment Law Workshop. Not only is there is a new president, but also a new Congress which is sympathetic to the president’s vision of major changes in the workplace. As more of the nation’s population gets vaccinated, American businesses across all sectors of the economy are emerging from the numerous COVID-19 based restrictions placed on them by federal, state, and local governments, and employees are returning to work in ever-increasing numbers. However, it is still unclear whether employers will return to “business as usual” as it existed before the Coronavirus. Indeed, it appears that the manner in which many employers are conducting business, and managing their workforces, has fundamentally, and perhaps permanently, changed. Now, more than ever, it is crucial for employers to keep abreast of legislation, executive orders, judicial decisions, and other developments impacting their businesses. As always, we will provide a host of expert presenters who will speak on a wide range of labor and employment law topics.
