Constangy partner and Cyber Team vice chair Sarah Rugnetta will present at the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) 2024 Cybersecurity Summit. The event is schedule to take place on March 25th and 26th at the UCLA Meyer and Renee Luskin Conference Center in Los Angeles, California.
ACC's Cybersecurity Summit programming is focused on the latest cyber threats and innovations and is geared towards law firms, corporations, and government officials. Sarah will join a panel on March 25th at 2pm PT entitled "Evolution of Cyber Risk Management: From Industry Frameworks to Regulatory Mandates." Sarah and other panelists will cover existing and emerging practices, regulations, and enforcement actions by government and sector-specific agencies of which organizations should be aware.

Sarah Rugnetta is a partner in Constangy's New York office and vice chair of the Cyber Team. With more than 15 years of experience in cyber law, Sarah concentrates her practice on compliance advisory, advising clients on strategies to mitigate risk associated with data privacy and security through business-oriented approaches. This includes the development and implementation of customized privacy programs, data privacy assessments, executive trainings, and tabletop exercises. Additionally, she helps clients to anticipate and effectively respond to potential threats, and assists businesses throughout all phases of information security incidents.
