Allen is a data breach attorney and litigator based out of Constangy's Orange County office. Allen has guided clients through hundreds of data security incidents impacting businesses across all industry sectors. He also leads Constangy's cybersecurity litigation services, defending clients against data breach and privacy class actions. Allen frequently presents on cybersecurity-related topics, including cyber insurance, risk mitigation, and the cyber threat and data privacy landscapes. He also holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional for U.S. laws (CIPP/US) credential.
