Constangy, Brooks, Smith and Prophete, LLP is pleased to welcome Punam Singh Rogers as a partner in the firm’s Boston office.
Rogers, who comes to Constangy from Foley Hoag, focuses her practice on immigration law, counseling employers that seek to hire non-resident foreign professionals, scientists, business persons and artists who need to obtain temporary or permanent immigration status in the U.S. She represents companies of all sizes, from small businesses to established multinationals, across a wide range of industry sectors including technology, manufacturing, communications, biotech, finance, retail, hospitality, and higher education. Rogers received her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and her J.D, from Seton Hall University School of Law. She has held numerous leadership position in the national and New England chapters of the American Immigration Law Association, and was recently honored among the "Top Women of Law" by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.

Jordan Koziol has joined the Tampa office (bar admission pending). She is a recent graduate of Stetson University College of Law and received her undergraduate degree from the College of New Jersey.
Lisa Martin has joined the firm’s Kansas City office. Martin comes to Constangy from the firm of Triplett, Woolf & Garretson. Prior to attending law school, she worked for several years in the HR department of one of the nation’s largest commercial construction companies. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas and her J.D. from Washburn University.
Megan McGinn has joined the Tampa office (bar admission pending). She also received her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law and received her undergraduate degree from St. Louis University.
Derek McKee has joined the firm’s Dallas office (bar admission pending). McKee recently graduated from Texas A&M University School of Law, where he also received his undergraduate degree.
Graham Newsome has joined the firm’s Macon office. He comes to Constangy from the firm of Thrasher Worth, and previously held in-house positions with Courier Distribution Systems and the Professional Association of Georgia Educators. He received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Georgia.
Cody Stroman has joined the San Francisco office. Before coming to Constangy, he represented both employers and employees at firms in the Bay Area. Cody also spent a semester teaching second and third year law students the ins and outs of plaintiff side PAGA litigation at the University of Santa Clara. Cody earned his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and his undergraduate degree from California State University at East Bay.
Andrew Witko has joined the Constangy’s Metro DC office. He comes to the firm after serving as an attorney for the U.S. Small Business Administration, and in private practice at The Employment Law Group. Prior to earning his J.D., Witko served as a business development and capture manager for a D.C. area government contractor. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond and his J.D. from the University of Maryland.
