ATLANTA – National labor and employment law firm Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete, LLP is pleased to announce the promotion of four Constangy attorneys to partner and the elevation of two partners to equity partner status.

Constangy’s executive committee, chaired by Neil H. Wasser, elected the following attorneys as partners, effective January 1, 2018:

  • Phillip J. Harris (Tampa)
  • Sarah Kroll-Rosenbaum (Los Angeles)
  • Susan B. Wilson (St. Louis)

Additionally, the following current partners were elevated to equity partner:

  • Kimberly M. Talley (Los Angeles)
  • David C. Vogel (Kansas City)
