Alyssa is vice chair of the Constangy Cyber Team, based in Denver. With over five years of experience, she specializes in managing data security incidents and helping clients mitigate cyber risks. Alyssa has guided hundreds of clients through digital forensics, ransom negotiations, and regulatory compliance. She also works closely with cyber insurers and brokers, offering proactive privacy and security resources. Alyssa is a recognized thought leader in the cybersecurity space and a frequent speaker on cyber insurance and risk mitigation.

Allen is also vice chair of the Constangy Cyber Team, based in Orange County. He has extensive experience managing responses to hundreds of data security incidents and leads the team’s cybersecurity litigation services. Allen defends companies in class action lawsuits related to data breaches and privacy violations, including website tracking technologies. He regularly works with digital forensic experts and advises cyber insurers on coverage matters. A Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), Allen is also a sought-after speaker on cyber risk mitigation and data privacy.
