Overview
Rebecca is a member of the Constangy Cyber Team and affiliated with our Winston-Salem, North Carolina office. She works with our rapid response team and assists clients in responding to various data security incidents such as ransomware, business email compromises, fraudulent wire transfers and insider threats. Before joining the Constangy Cyber Team, Rebecca managed a variety of incident response services for a global technology firm. For over three years she managed the provision of technology services to support a variety of complex incident response situations. She gained a thorough understanding of technology and extensive experience providing incident response services, which she applies on a daily basis in facilitating digital forensics, network restoration and consumer notification services. She regularly assists clients in navigating the intricate mix of state-specific data privacy and security laws, including those pertaining to consumer and regulatory notification obligations. She also gained a comprehensive understanding of the digital threat landscape and utilizes that insight to help clients develop strategies to mitigate that risk.
Rebecca earned her law degree from Ave Maria School of Law and holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional for United States laws (CIPP/US) credential from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
