Overview

Rachael is an experienced litigator who focuses her practice primarily on cases involving wage and hour violations on an individual and collective action basis. Rachael has a depth of experience guiding clients through administrative processes and preparation for trial. She has handled numerous arbitrations and lawsuits across the country involving allegations of wage violations, discrimination, wrongful termination, and retaliation. Specifically, she has handled matters related to the FLSA, ADA, FMLA, and various other state laws.

Rachael attended Texas A&M University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Maritime Business Administration. After graduating from Texas A&M, Rachael earned her JD at Texas Tech University. While at Tech, Rachael spent a summer studying European Union Law at King’s College in London. Upon graduating from law school, Rachael began litigating employment law cases in Amarillo, Texas, and she has continued to litigate wage and hour individual and collective actions ever since then. Throughout her career, Rachael has handled all aspects of litigation and independently managed hundreds of wage and hour cases.

About Me

Rachael is an avid college football fan. When she isn’t cheering on the Fightin’ Texas Aggies, you can find her traveling across the country attending games at other Power Five venues. Rachael also likes to spend her time traveling across the world, even if it means leaving her beloved English Bulldog and Great Dane at home.
