Manjari Sahai

Manjari concentrates her immigration practice on helping clients and their foreign nationals navigate complex U.S. immigration laws and regulations. She delivers timely, cost-effective, and policy-guided solutions, balancing corporate goals and employee needs. She has offered invaluable advice and counsel to small, mid-size, and large Fortune 500 organizations.

Manjari has developed a reputation for being an empathetic problem-solver with strong research skills. She is adept at handling complex business immigration matters, specializing in H-1B visas, L-1 visas, PERM petitions, and I-140 applications, among other employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visa classifications. She has experience managing cross-border intra-company transfers and providing guidance on opportunities for visa eligibility.

Among her many accomplishments, Manjari has been responsible for filing H-1B and L-1 petitions for IT professionals and has advised corporate clients on compliance with employment-based immigration regulations. She has extensive experience in TN, assisting Canadians and Mexicans entering the U.S. under the North American Free Trade Agreement, and has reviewed PERMs. Manjari has also worked with J-1 exchange program students, scholars, and teachers and has successfully filed H-1B petitions for physicians, and their immediate relatives.

Manjari earned her LLM in International Law and Human Rights from Yale Law School, and law degrees from Lucknow University, India and Dickinson School of Law, Pennsylvania. Before migrating to the US, Sahai was a member of the Delhi Council and also served on the public interest litigation team for the Supreme Court of India in connection with Bhopal Union Carbide litigation.
