Geri Lynn brings more than 15 years of experience in labor and employment law, providing strategic guidance and effective advocacy to employers across sectors, including non-profits, school districts, governmental agencies, healthcare providers, and private businesses. She has extensive experience advising organizations on a range of legal and human resources matters, defending employers in complex litigation, and preparing executives for high-stakes depositions. Geri Lynn also supports clients through early dispute resolution and risk management strategies, helping them navigate sensitive workplace issues and regulatory compliance challenges.

Known for her practical and results-driven approach, Geri Lynn collaborates with employers to mitigate risks, resolve disputes, and align legal strategies with organizational goals. She is highly skilled in defending clients against workplace disputes, discrimination claims, and regulatory challenges, including representing businesses in proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board and Illinois Labor Relations Board.

Before joining Constangy, Geri Lynn served as an Assistant Attorney General, representing state agencies before the Civil Service Commission and Police Merit Board. She also acted as litigation counsel for sheriff’s departments and nonprofit organizations in private practice. Her comprehensive experience ensures that employers receive tailored, results-oriented solutions to address their unique challenges and priorities.
