Overview
David is a labor and employment litigator who focuses his practice on defending clients in complex litigation, including matters pertaining to the prickly California employment landscape. He represents employers in a broad range of matters, including wage and hour claims, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination cases. David also has experience with complex class actions and claims brought under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).
