*The much-dreaded final rules on President Obama's Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces Executive Order (which will require federal contractors to report their labor law "violations" to the government for inclusion in a database of "problem" employers) were released this week. Affirmative Action guru Cara Crotty had a quick alert yesterday with links to all the pertinent documents.
