On Friday, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs announced that the new annual hiring benchmark for protected veterans is 6.4%. 

The new federal budget, signed by President Trump last week, allocates $103,476,000 to the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs. 

The predetermination notice is coming back.

The FY 2019 budget proposes a mere $91 million for the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs.

The EEOC web portal for filing EEO-1 reports is now open.

The EEO-1 Report for 2017 is due by March 31.
